At THELOOTSALE, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. CHANGE OF MIND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If the item was damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item. If you choose to exchange the item, we will ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
